Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said today that Vladimir Putin was the only Russian official with whom he was willing to meet with a single issue on the agenda: ending the war.
Zelensky took part in an online discussion tonight at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
The Ukrainian president noted that planning talks with Moscow is becoming increasingly difficult, citing the crimes allegedly committed by the Russian army during this war.
He also stressed that any attempt to retake the Crimean peninsula, which Russia annexed in 2014, would cause hundreds of thousands of casualties.
