On Friday, March 29, 2024, an Air Force War School Conference was held in the auditorium of the Air Training Command (AEA), in the presence of the AEA Commander, Lt. Gen. (I) Alexandros Komitoudis, on the topic: “Greece-American Relations in a Climate of Geopolitical Fluidity” .
The deputy commander of the SPPA, Commander (I) Efthimios Paraskevas addressed a greeting, while the opening of the work was announced by the Chief of Staff of the IAEA, Lieutenant Commander (I) Ioannis Asimakopoulos. The speakers were the Former Minister & Academician Mr. Andreas Andrianopoulos, the Doctor of Panteion University Brigadier General George Anepsios, the Professor of Islamic Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) Mr. Kyriakos Nikolaou-Patragas, the Professor of Economics and President of of the Department of Business & Organizations Administration, EKPA Mr. Dimitrios Thomakos and the Internationalist Dr. Spyros Katsoulas. In addition, there was a taped interview of the Executive Director of the Hellenic American Leadership Council, Mr. Eddie Zemenidis, regarding the perspective of the US and the Greek community on Greek-American Relations.
The day was attended by personnel of the Air Force, as well as all the Students of the School.
