Participation of the PA in the “VOLFA 2024” Exercise
From Tuesday 12 to Friday 29 March 2024, the Air Force (PA) participated in the Multinational Exercise “VOLFA 2024”, held at Mont de Marsan Air Base, France.
Forces from Britain, France, Greece, Spain, Italy and Canada participated in the exercise. The PA participated with 4 Rafale aircraft of 332 Squadron from the 114 Fighter Wing and similar personnel.
In total more than 20 complex air missions were carried out [Composite Air Operations (COMAO)]in scenarios that allow for high-intensity combat training adapted to new threats, day and night, aimed at increasing the interoperability, readiness and combat capability of the units of the participating countries.
