On Monday, April 01, 2024, in the presence of the Chief of General Dimitrios Houpis, the award ceremony of the shipowner Mr. Vasilios Pateras, as well as the Sarakakis Group of Companies, which was represented by Mr. Ioannis Sarakakis, as donors of sanitary equipment.
The ceremony was also attended by:
● The Chief of GES Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, the Chief of GEN Vice-Admiral Dimitrios – Eleftherios Kataras PN and the Chief GEA Vice Admiral (I) Demosthenes Grigoriadis.
● The Commander of the Special Warfare Command (DEP) of the GETHA Lieutenant General Prokopios Mavraganis.
● The Commander of the Interbranch Command of Special Operations (DDEE) Major General Spyridon Kogiannis.
● The shipowner Honorary Admiral, Mr. Panagiotis Laskaridis.
During his short greeting, the Head of GEETHA congratulated the donors for their generous and kind offer, stressing that it is a typical example of patriotism, as well as practical support for the Armed Forces.
