Turkey accuses Greece of war crimes

Turkey launched a new challenge against our country, as with its announcement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of its neighbor accuses Greece of war crimes, of abandoning refugees and immigrants in the Aegean, while reaching the incredible point of claiming war reparations, for the alleged Greek atrocities on the Asia Minor front a century ago.

Zeibek’s provocation and Iliopoulos’ response

Ankara is also trying to take advantage of the provocative statement of the SYRIZA member of parliament, Zeibek, about the “Turkish minority”, however the representative of Koumundourou, Nasos Iliopoulos, also responded to this, who underlined in the main bulletin of ERT that the officer’s party opposition only recognizes a Muslim minority.

“War crimes” of the Greek army in 1922

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs talks about war crimes committed by the Greek army, raises the issue of reparations and links 1922 to today, always in a climate of threats.

“The whole world bears witness to the fact that Greece, which has never learned a lesson from history, continues to commit crimes against humanity with its merciless actions, leaving helpless migrants to die,” the Turkish Foreign Ministry stressed.

At the same time, one after another Turkish officials are adopting Erdogan’s infamous phrase “we will come one night suddenly”.

The baton was taken by its neighbor’s vice-president, who did not hesitate to turn directly against the Greek prime minister.

“Mitsotakis tells us not to come at night and to come during the day.

“Does he not understand that when Turkey shows its reaction in the Aegean and when it shows a decisive attitude, the day of the Greeks will be night anyway?” stressed Fuat Oktai.
