The Deputy Minister of National Defense Mr. Nikolaos Hardalias from today Sunday 11 to Tuesday 13 December 2022, he will be successively in Thrace and Macedonia, where he will visit Formations, Services and Units in the areas of responsibility (PE) of the 3rd and 4th Army Corps.

Specifically, the program of the Deputy Minister of National Defense is structured as follows:

Today, Sunday, December 11, in the evening, he will have a working meeting with the Commanders of the 1st Army/EU-OHQ, the 4th Army Corps (4th Army) and subordinate Formations in the 4th Army, in Alexandroupoli.

Tomorrow, Monday, December 12, he will go to the river operations training area in the Neraidotopos area of ​​Evros of the 31st Mechanized Brigade, while then he will successively visit the headquarters of the 1st Special Forces Operations Training Base Company in Nea Santa Rodopi and the Headquarters of the 29th Mechanized Brigade and XXI Armored Brigade in Komotini.

On Tuesday, December 13, he will go to the Tank Firing Range in Petrochori, Xanthi, where he will attend a small-scale exercise with LEOPARD 2A6HEL tank firing and TOMA MARDER 1A3, Monadon of XXV Armored Brigade, while visits to the Aviation Detachment in Chrysoupolis Kavala and to the headquarters of XX Armored Division in Kavala will follow.

Mr. Hardalias will complete his cycle of visits to the 424 General Military Training Hospital in Thessaloniki, where he will attend the opening ceremony of the Military Hospital’s Energy Upgrade project.

Additionally, as part of the visits, the Deputy Minister of National Defense will hold meetings with local Mayors and representatives of the Regional and Local Government.
