The Minister of Defense responded regarding the Turkish provocation that Greece will “continue to do its job”
Defense Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos was in Kavala yesterday for the opening of the 28th Kavala Expo 2022.
After his speech at the exhibition center, he spoke to the “ENA” channel and was asked about the Turkish provocation that has been escalating lately.
“Loud neighbors choose to talk a lot. We don’t follow their pace, we don’t make a contest of aggressive and hostile speech. We highlight the geopolitical situation and do our job and the Armed Forces know very well how to do their job. Our job is to strengthen Greece militarily and perhaps this will disturb and bring more statements on their part. We will do our job”.
