Dear Ministers.
We are sending you attached the (d) relevant document of the Union of Military Regional Units of Arcadia (E.S.PE.E.AR.), with which the Union reinstates the now well-known problem of anachronistic military identities, in order not to be excluded of the military from digital capabilities, including use as a travel document instead of a passport.
Following the above, we ask for your competent actions for the definitive settlement of the issue.
