On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, the signing ceremony of a memorandum of cooperation between the 95 National Guard Battalions (95 ADTE) took place at the headquarters of the Supreme Military Command of the Interior and Islands (ASDEN) “AEGEAS”, at the “Saketta B” Camp in Kareas. “DIAGORIDON” and the “Vasilio G. Mela Foundation for Preschool Education”, with the purpose of financing a project for the construction – construction of a new Nursery School building at the “GENERAL GEORGIOU KATECHAKI” Camp, on the island of Rhodes.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Deputy Minister of National Defense Mr. Ioannis Kefalogiannis, the Chief of the General Staff of the Army Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, the Honorary Chief of General Staff General Charalambos Lalousis, the Commander of ASDEN “AEGEAS” Lieutenant General Emmanuel Theodorou, the President of the Management Committee of the Foundation Mr. Georgios Melas and the Legal Advisor of the Foundation Mr. Georgios Kanakis.
