The Minister of National Defense Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos had today, Tuesday, November 1, 2022, a formal meeting with the new Ambassador of Israel, Mr. Noam Katz.

During the discussion, the importance of the strong, long-standing ties of friendship and cooperation between Greece and Israel and their strategic defense relationship, for the security and defense of the two countries, as well as the stability and prosperity of the wider region, was underlined.

The common will to further strengthen the mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of equipment programs was also emphasized.
