The drones were launched by Iran-backed Shiite group Hezbollah
Israel has shot down three unarmed “hostile” drones that came from Lebanon and were approaching natural gas rigs in Israel’s maritime exclusive economic zone, a security source said.
According to this source, the drones were launched by the Iranian-backed Shiite group Hezbollah.
All three were intercepted by the Israeli air force, the same source added, while heading for the Karis field.
