On Thursday, March 28, 2024, in the presence of the Chief of the General Staff of the Air Force, Vice Admiral (I) Demosthenes Grigoriadis, the ceremony of handing over and receiving the duties of Commander of the National Meteorological Service (EMS), from Brigadier General (MT) Spyridon Barsakis to Brigadier General ( MT) Konstantinos Marousos.
The ceremony was attended by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Glyfada, Hellinikon, Voula, Vouliagmeni and Vari etc. Antonios, the Deputy Commander of the Civil Aviation Service, Mr. Georgios Vagenas, acting Commanders of the EMY, as well as the military and civilian personnel of the Service.
