The promotions of the Senior Officers of the Armed Forces have been “blocked” at the Presidency of the Republic since June, as the relevant Presidential Decree – which is now in electronic form – cannot be checked and proceeded by the PtD due to a technical problem in the relevant application , which, apparently, has not yet been resolved.
As a result, three months later, the promotions of the above officers have not yet been implemented, with all that this implies for their transfers and also for the filling of vacant positions in the command of the army…
