Armed Forces: Will the Turks come at night? Bullies will have a heavy price

With the islands “lobstered” by the Army, the Navy in absolute control of the Aegean and the Air Force dominant in the sky of the Archipelago, how will the Turks come? The response of the Armed Forces will be immediate, decisive, convincing and leveling.

This year’s Armed Forces Day once again finds the three Branches on high alert. From Evros to Crete and from Kastellorizo to Othonous, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force are erecting walls of deterrence against Turkey’s revisionist ambitions.

This year’s November 21st, a double celebration for Hellenism and Orthodoxy, comes just a few hours after Turkey’s bombings against the Kurds in northern Syria and northern Iraq, with the Turkish regime meaningfully proclaiming that “night has finally come”.

“Suddenly one night… It’s the time of reckoning.” This is what Mevlut Cavusoglu wrote on his twitter, using the now well-known phrase (which comes from an older Turkish love song), which our neighbors use all the time to threaten our country.

In fact, the pro-government newspaper Miliet clearly states that “the air operation is also a message to Greece: It is not an exercise, it is a fact”.

In particular, the expert analyst on terrorism and security issues, Abdullah Agar, told the newspaper that “it is an extremely important message to countries like Greece, which have adopted a hostile attitude towards Turkey”.

Immediate response from Greece

Greece’s reaction to Turkey’s threats came through the Daily Order of the Chief of the Greek Armed Forces, General Constantinos Floros, for Armed Forces Day.

“We desire peace and we are working for it… but whoever makes the fatal mistake of ‘coming’, let him know beforehand that he will find before him a new Marathon, a new Salamis and a new 731, and I am sure that the Greek Arms will still be glorified once, giving the good fight, like so many times in the past. Even for a speck of soil, for a rock, for a Greek stone. Because all these exist because we paid a heavy blood tax to have them. Heavy, very heavy!

The Turks know well what Greece means, what its military power is, how it can react and what the power of its weapons can cause. Greece is not Syria, nor Libya, nor Armenia and Rhodes, Kos, Samos, Lemnos, Evros are not Kobani… they are “lobster” islands guarded day and night by our Armed Forces.

The continuous crises with Turkey since 2020 have provided valuable experience for the military leadership to readjust its plans, create training activities adapted to modern threats, acquire new weapon systems that will respond to any challenge and of course “load” all points of major interest armed with immediate and dynamic responses if needed.

The educational activity of all Branches does not stop for a single day, with the GEETHA constantly organizing exercises that prepare the executives for any eventuality, keeping them at the same time ready.

At the same time, equipment programs that were in the plans of the Staffs, such as the acquisition of a squadron of 24 state-of-the-art RAFALE fighters, the modernization of the F-16s in the Viper version, the acquisition of the Belh@rra frigates “ran” quickly and were implemented in an impressively short time , exponentially multiplying the operational benefit of the Armed Forces, at a time when they need it more than ever.

Therefore, with the Aegean full of ships, the islands “lobster” and the Aegean air “locked”, how will the Turks come overnight? The price will be heavy and liar Erdogan and his stupid ministers know this well.
