Turkey: The “Non Paper” secret that Ankara distributes in the foreign embassies against our country

With Ankara’s inflammatory rhetoric against Greece continuing in high tones and the Turkish provocations continuing, OPEN reveals the secret Turkish non-paper that Ankara distributes to foreign embassies to support unthinkable positions and claims in the Aegean.

According to the main news bulletin of OPEN, Turkey distributes the two-page document with 16 points to the foreign embassies to justify why the Greek-Turkish cooperation council canceled the Mitsotaki-Erdogan meeting that took place on an annual basis in recent years.

In the non paper, therefore, according to OPEN, Ankara accuses Athens of threatening a unilateral extension of its territorial waters to 12 nautical miles, while it is known that the extension of its territorial waters is an inalienable right of Greece.

Elsewhere in the non paper, Ankara claims that there are violations by Greek fighters, while it is known that the Pentagon has recorded dozens of violations and overflights by Turkish fighters over the Greek islands.

The third point of the non paper is that Turkey claims that the US military bases located in Greece are directed against Turkey. However, Athens has repeatedly stated that the Greek-American defense agreement is not directed against anyone.

Finally, Ankara accuses Athens of deporting immigrants and accuses Athens of inhuman treatment.
