The Minister of National Defense Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos had a meeting today, Wednesday, November 30, 2022, with the Director General of the Ministry of Defense of Israel, Mr. Amir Eshel.

The meeting was attended by the Chief General of GEETHA Konstantinos Floros and the Ambassador of Israel Mr. Noam Katz.

During the discussion, the timeless character of the strategic defense relationship between Greece and Israel was highlighted and the strong, common will to further strengthen it, with a view to the security and defense of the two countries and stability in the Eastern Mediterranean.

Satisfaction was also expressed for the high level of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in the field of equipment programs.
