I leave Monday morning for BMT. Thank you everyone who helped me with all my questions, including all of my dumb ones. You guys are the MVPs of 2020 in my book.

Special thank you to the ones who FREQUENTLY answered all my posts for more half of the year (notablely KCPilot17 and virtualhistorian). And the ones who answered specifics that no one else could.

Trying to get a response from my recruiter sometimes took weeks due to Coronavirus, and this sub was here to save my ass. I don’t blame him, he had over 100 recruits solo that he didn’t even get a chance to hold meetings for.

I’m of course incredibly nervous and excited, especially since I have a lot on the line supporting my family. I hope that if I don’t wash out or get recycled, I get a chance to help others after me who are interested in the military.

Thanks to the input of this sub, I made my runtime of 1.5 in under 14. I made strategic investments to keep bills paid while I’m away. And I have my benefits mapped out accordingly for my family.

Hopefully I get to see you all again if I make it to tech school, thank you again!
