The Deputy Minister of National Defense Mr. Nikolaos Hardalias continuing, yesterday Sunday 18 December 2022, his visits to Armed Forces Complexes, Units and Outposts in the area of ​​responsibility of the Supreme Military Command of the Interior & Islands, in the Dodecanese, he was on the islands of Tilos, Kos, Pserimos, Kalolimnos, Kalymnos, Leros and Farmakonisi .

Specifically, the Deputy Minister of National Defense went to the seats:

– The Island Defense Administration (DAN) in Tilos.

– Of the 588th Battalion of the National Guard (TE) in Leros.

– Of the Guard Prisons (EF) “AG. FOKA” in Kos, “AG. NIKOLAOU” and “PHAROS” in Kalymnos, “HALI” in Kalymnos, “PSERIMOU” and “PHARMAKONISIOU” in the homonymous islands.

During his stay in Kos, he met and exchanged greetings with the helicopters’ readiness crews UH-1H HUEY, at the island’s airport.

Mr. Hardalias, in the context of the visits, was informed by the Commands about the current actions of the Units and Prisons, while addressing the officers, non-commissioned officers, conscripts and national guards, he thanked and congratulated them for the work they carry out in daily basis, in the best possible and extremely successful way, with a fighting spirit and with tangible results of deterrence, safeguarding the sovereign rights and defending the territorial integrity of the homeland, while sending strong messages in every direction. He also exchanged wishes with them on the occasion of the upcoming Holy Days of Christmas and the coming of the new year.
