More specifically, according to a report by ERT, circles of the Greek Government emphasize that what Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the NATO summit mainly concerns the interior of his country and not Greece.
At the same time, it is noted that despite the incendiary rhetoric of the last few weeks, Tayyip Erdogan did not raise an issue against Greece in any of the discussions he participated in in Madrid, before the Allies.
The first assessment of Athens speaks of a calmer summer compared to the previous ones, something that also emerges from the low tones that the Turkish president kept in his meetings with top leaders of the states that have joined NATO.
In fact, it is typical that government sources at the end of the session emphasized that there is no mobility in the field with the Aegean in the last days not facing any problem.
Furthermore, Greece communicated its positions through Kyriakos Mitsotakis who made it clear that our country is open to dialogue with the neighboring country in order to end these differences that have arisen from Turkey.
