Conducting a School with the Object “Strategic Planning for the Development and Movement of Forces”

From Monday, March 11 to Friday, March 22, 2024, the NATO Interbranch Training School was organized by the Directorate of Administrative Care Support of the Greek Army with the subject “Strategic Deployment and Movement Planning”, at the premises of the School of Computer Informatics (WWW).

The School was conducted for the first time in Greece by a Mobile Training Group of the NCIA (NATO Communications and Information Agency), and aimed to train personnel in strategic transport planning, allied force development, cross-border crossings and host nation support (HNS), with the use of the digital inter-alliance platform “LOGFAS” (Logistics Functional Area Services).

A total of 12 executives from the 3 Branches of the Armed Forces and the Special Warfare Command (DEP) participated in the School, while the GETHA Chief of Staff Vice Admiral (I) Konstantinos Zolotas attended the graduation ceremony, who presented the diplomas to the graduates.
