An Air Force officer was the unfortunate pedestrian who died in a traffic accident that happened early today in Mesogeion, when he was dragged by two cars according to information from OnAlert.
Initially, an army service vehicle, driven by a conscript, pulled over the unfortunate PA NCO (in the direction of Athens), with the collision being so severe that he was thrown into the opposite direction when he was hit by a second vehicle.
The unfortunate man was seriously injured and taken to Evangelismos, however he succumbed to his injuries. One of the vehicles involved was an army vehicle, as we mentioned above, and for this reason the driver, who was injured, is being treated at 401.
