The Minister of National Defense Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos attended today, Tuesday, July 26, 2022, the signing of a donation for the renovation and upgrade of the Athens Naval Hospital (NNA), between the President of the “Aikaterini Laskaridis” Foundation and Honorary Rear Admiral Mr. Panagiotis Laskaridis and the Chief General Vice Admiral Stylianou Petrakis PN.

Present at the ceremony was the Deputy Minister of National Defense Mr. Nikolaos Hardalias, the Chief GEETHA General Konstantinos Floros, and executives of the “Aikaterini Laskaridis” Foundation.

The renovation-modernization project of the Naval Hospital (NNA) includes:

• Hospital Ward 3B

• Establishment of Cardiology Clinic premises, and

• Establishment of a Short Hospitalization Ward.

The upgrade of the Naval Hospital of Athens (NNA) comes to be added to the series of donations made by Mr. Laskaridis to the Navy.
