The financial support concerns the electricity bills of the first home or student accommodation in Greece, issued during the period from 01/12/2021 to 31/05/2022. The subsidy rate amounts to 60% of the increase in the electricity price of the first home and, depending on the amount of the bills, it can rise up to the amount of 600 euros.

The amount of the financial aid is credited by the “Socionia tis Informatias Monoprosopi SA”.

After making the aid payments, the Ministry of Education and Culture sends an automated message to the e-mail address declared by the applicant. The message indicates the amount of aid paid to him or informs the applicant if the application is rejected.
