P.O.E.S. – Finances (ELOAS One-off Benefit Return)

SUBJECT: Finances (Reimbursement of One-time ELOAS Assistance)
RE: Our document No. 1045/2023
Mr. Minister.
A particularly serious complaint signed by a fired OBA of the FSA, according to which the refusal to pay the one-off aid (ELOAS) and the absorption of the contributions for the social resources of the Fund are notified.
Unfortunately, it is impossible for us not to notice that, if the complaint is indeed true, it is precisely the same justification addressed to the original executives EMT for the refund of the 2% double levy, which the Equity Funds refuse to refund.
In addition to this, the affected ex-executive rightly raises the issue of non-payment of unemployment benefits. As long as there are OBAs who are deemed unable to remain due to limitations of the existing framework and are therefore dismissed, despite the fact that our Federation has repeatedly documented for numerous reasons that they should be given the opportunity to remain in the EDs with a simple legislation that we have repeatedly proposed [ιδέτε το σχετικό]as dismissed workers they should enjoy equal rights and in this case they should be paid unemployment benefits.
Mr. Minister.
Executives are tired of the lack of care and indifference of the Leadership. It is inconceivable that contributions are reserved in favor of special accounts and Equity Funds and that these are not returned to the beneficiaries, as is the case with the rest of the ED executives. Similarly, it is inconceivable that the employment relationship ends with dismissal and there is no corresponding compensation. Following the above, we ask for your immediate intervention to resolve both issues.
