No more F-16s for Turkey if the news is confirmed!

Ankara, after being kicked out of the program to build and buy 100 F-35s because of the S-400s, did not get the message and continues to buy from Moscow!

Greek-Turkish: No more F-16s for Turkey if the news is confirmed that Russia and Ankara have agreed on the purchase of a second S-400 system.

In fact, according to the director of the Russian Federal Military-Technical Cooperation Service (FSVTS), Dmitry Shugayev, part of the S-400 will be produced in Turkey.

This particular development, which is hosted on Turkey’s biggest defense sites, is expected to put an end to any discussion about the F-16 Viper purchase from Turkey (or… at least delay it long enough).

Ankara, after being kicked out of the program to build and buy 100 F-35s because of the S-400s, did not get the message and continues to buy from Moscow.

In essence, the US Congress is justified in imposing conditions on the purchase of 40 F-16s from Turkey.
