Invitation to Rank Conscripts PA 2023 IV ESSO
By Circular Order of the Ministry of National Defense, conscripts who have been assigned or transferred to the Air Force are invited to enlist in the Air Force with the 2023 D΄/ESSO, are of physical class one to four (I/1 to I/4) and belong to the following classes and categories:
a. The conscripts of the classes 2000 to 2025 (born in 1979 to 2004) from all Prefectures, who are subject to conscription and are full or part-time, regardless of whether or not they have finished basic or special education and the reasons for their conscription for classification were created between May 1, 2023 and July 31, 2023.
b. The conscripts of the classes of paragraph 1a hereof who had their classification postponed for health reasons, as long as its expiration date is included in the period from September 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023.
c. The conscripts and insubordinates of the above classes, who were called up with previous ESSSOs and for health reasons, their date of enlistment was shifted, in accordance with paragraph 7c of article 37 of Law 3421/2005.
d. The conscripts of class 2026 who submitted supporting documents to be classified as conscripts, in accordance with article 38 of Law 3421/2005. The above have the right to withdraw the supporting documents at any time or not to be classified, without suffering any consequences.
The ranking dates of the guests are defined as follows:
a. November 6th and 7th, 2023, for conscripts of all Military Services who have been deferred in the past for health reasons or have been deemed capable of category I/2 to I/4 by the opinion of any Armed Forces Exemption Committee.
b. The 6th and 7th of November 2023, for the other conscripts, of all the Military Services.
All conscripts hereby called are required to enlist in the 124th Basic Training Wing, at the Tripoli Air Base, except for those who were postponed in the past for health reasons or whose physical fitness was judged by the opinion of any Military Health Committee, who are required for assignment to the 251st Air General Hospital.
Submission of a negative result of a rapid detection test (rapid test) for the antigen of the coronavirus COVID-19, which must have been carried out within forty-eight hours before the date of classification. The detection check is carried out free of charge in public hospitals, health centers, regional clinics or military hospitals, upon presentation of the classification note and the police identity card or other official identification, in accordance with article 3 of Law 4790/2021 ( A΄48), as applicable.
Those liable for classification with a positive result of the above test do not go for classification but must send a confirmation of the result to the guard station of their place of residence by the date of their classification.
The certificate of vaccination or illness, if they have been vaccinated against COVID-19 or contracted it.
