From May 29, 2023 to June 2, 2023 and within the framework of the Greece-United Arab Emirates (UAE) Military Cooperation Program (MCP) of 2023, the training of 3 Officers and 7 NCOs of the UAE Armed Forces took place at the “LG. ZOGKOS GEORGIOU” Camp, on objects of protection of dignitaries.
The training included, among other things, information on the principles of escorting dignitaries and practical training in the following subjects:
• Guarding vulnerable targets.
• Foot escort formations.
• Arrival and departure procedures of dignitaries.
