C-130J: ODA’s achievement in airframe delivery

The Hellenic Aviation Industry (EIA) today delivered to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, the regulated assembly of the C-130J Super Hercules transport aircraft, without any technical fault being found. .

“With today’s delivery, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics’ confidence is once again confirmed in the high level of technical know-how of ODA, in the professionalism and dedication of its human resources. Management is particularly grateful to the DAB program execution team, which has been working diligently to deliver C-130J parts to the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics facility in Marietta, Georgia, USA, in a timely and quality manner,” the DAB statement said.

It is also known that “the company’s achievements, such as today, are the result of the company’s excellent human resources and the good reputation it has built over time. And the most striking proof of this is that, after today’s delivery, 285 C-130Js around the world will fly with the subassemblies of the Hellenic Aviation Industry integrated.”

The manufacturing of the regulated assemblies is part of the C-130J major assembly co-production program that EAB has undertaken as the sole supplier to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics customers worldwide since 2010.
