Bayraktar: The OSA AKMs are harvesting the Turkish drones in Ukraine – This is how they will also drop them in the Aegean

Bayraktar: Turkish drones are reaping in Ukraine OSA AKMs having destroyed over 100 targets.

According to information from the Russian Ministry of Defense, by August 10, Russian Osa-AKM anti-aircraft missiles had destroyed over Ukrainian drones during Russian operations in Ukraine.

Russian military expert Vladislav Shurygin said that against Bayraktar, all of Russia’s air defense systems are effective, even the Osa-AKM.

“These drones are low-speed, non-stealth, with a normal reflective surface,” he noted, writes sportime.gr.

It should be noted that the Greek OSA-AKM systems are located on the islands of the Eastern Aegean.

At the same time, the Russians claim that in recent years Turkish UAV flights have become more frequent along the coast of Asia Minor as the Turks try to determine the location of Greek anti-aircraft systems and in particular the Osa-AKM air defense systems, which are located in the islands of the Eastern Aegean.

It is estimated that around 200 to 300 Bayraktar and Akinci drones are in service with the Turkish army and navy, while especially lately the Turks have drastically increased their violations of Greek airspace with drones and UAVs.

The umbrella against Turkish drones that is being created on the Greek islands and the Evros consists of Israeli technology, while Athens is making the first purchases of drones and UAVs, with the potential to operate against other UAVs as well.
