Bayraktar: Russia-Turkey cooperation on Turkish drones at the Putin-Erdogan meeting? The Kremlin responded

The Kremlin responded regarding the possibility of Turkish Bayraktars flying with Russian engines.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, responding to a question whether the two presidents, Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will discuss during their meeting in Sochi on August 5 the cooperation of their countries and the joint production of the Turkish Bayraktar, said that ” military-technical cooperation between the two countries is constantly” on the Russian-Turkish agenda.

“Issues of military-technical cooperation were also touched upon during the last contacts of the two presidents. In this context, issues of military-technical cooperation will be discussed between the leaders in Sochi as usual,” the Russian official said, writes Turkish haberler.com.

Of course, there is a paradox here. Will the Turks discuss with the Russians whether they will make Bayraktar together, but which are based on Western technology?

Without western technology there are no Bayraktars, which the Turks copied from the Israelis.
