Air Force: The Turks are looking for an antidote to the “vipers” and the Rafale

Air Force: Clear HAF air superiority as Turkey tries to terrorize with air-to-air missile tests.

The Turks may know that their statements are being played as the first topic in the Greek media and for this reason they are trying to terrorize the Greek people with their aggressive rhetoric, however, the truth is that the panic is probably from the other side of the Archipelago.

It is clear that the images that reach the Turkish staffs from Greece only cause concern and concern. Beyond the highest operational readiness of all the Greek Armed Forces, which have proven their reflexes in every offensive action by Turkey, the armament reinforcement of the three Branches, with powerful and state-of-the-art weapon systems, force the Turkish regime to limit itself to graphic statements that only shyness they can cause.

The images of the two brand new Rafales of our Air Force landing at the 114th Fighter Wing and entering their new “nest”, the 331st Air Force “Hawk”, it is a given that in addition to justified irritation, it also causes strong concern in Ankara, which sees the best NATO pilots, the experienced Greeks, get their hands on one of the best fighters in the West.

With the arrival of the Rafale, the Turks realize that the scope for “smugglers” in the Aegean is narrowing, since beyond the clear superiority of Greece in the quality of human resources, our Air Force has also acquired a quality advantage in Mesa, with the Rafale, F -16 Viper, upgraded F-16 Block 50+ adv, the “unknown” to the Turks Mirage 2000-5, but also the ever reliable F-4 Pahantom. We are not talking about any fighters, but about the most modern fighters in Europe and the USA.

The Rafales also, as we have pointed out, do not come to Greece naked… they come loaded, carrying long-range (over 100 km) air-to-air Meteor missiles and the already known to the Greeks, Mica, Exocet anti-ship missiles and SCALP strike missiles. The aircraft carries Thales’ RBE2 radar, which is capable of simultaneously tracking multiple targets in the air, and has the ability to generate 3D terrain maps for real-time navigation or targeting.

For example, with two Meteor killer missiles under their wings, the Greek Rafales will be able to target and engage enemy aircraft from very long distances while being out of range of enemy missiles. The powerful radar will locate the targets, they will lock on and the launch will deliver a killing blow. What does this mean; No Escape Zone over 60 kilometers!

At the same time, Turkey is unable to find even… a screw for its fighters, with the mandatas on the other side of the Atlantic, after the mid-term American elections, being extremely ominous for the equipment of the neighbors and especially for the acquisition F-16.

In vain the Turks try to frighten us with tests of air-to-air missiles of their own making. Our Air Force remains absolutely dominant in the sky of the Aegean and probably those who are shaking its weapons and its pilots are the Turkish pilots themselves, who return daily to the Turkish Squadrons “stunned” and terrified by the nightmarish “kill” in their ears .
