The news of the arrest of a 22-year-old soldier in Leros and a 16-year-old schoolgirl who are accused of revenge pornography against a classmate is shocking.
Specifically, as it became known, the 22-year-old soldier, together with the 16-year-old local student with whom he had a romantic relationship, created an Instagram account with false information and pretending to be a man, they chatted with another 16-year-old local student, a classmate of the first, on the previous Sunday 25/09 /22.
During their conversation which lasted until Thursday 29/09/22 they exchanged messages, photos and videos of erotic content. Yesterday Friday, the 16-year-old who apparently fell victim to the soldier and his partner, was informed that some of her classmates had photos of her with erotic content and immediately informed her parents who went to the Leros police station to report it.
The police officers of AT Leros, after a thorough investigation, immediately tracked down the 22-year-old soldier and his 16-year-old partner, whom they arrested in order to be brought before the Prosecutor in Kos.
A case file was filed against them for violations of articles 337 PC “insult of sexual dignity”, 346 PC “revenge pornography” and 348 III PC “pornographic performances of minors”
Their mobile phones were confiscated and will be sent to the laboratories of the Greek Armed Forces for further examination.
